2 cloves of garlic
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup olive oil
2 heaping cups of chickpeas ( I use cannelli white beans, also delicious.... Chickpeas hurt my tummy)
2-3 tbsp shiro miso paste
1. Blend all together in a food processor until smooth .
2. Decorate with olive oil and pepper or chives or parsley and paprika. All are lovely additions.
