Beer batter pizza dough
3 3/4 cup Napoli pizza flour (aka "00")*
1/4 teaspoon Dry active yeast
2 tsp Sea salt
1 cup warm Water
1/2 cup Beer
1. Mix flour, sea salt and yeast together.
2. Combine warm water and beer; then slowly mix into the flour mix.
3. Grab some beers and relax ! Cover the dough and Let it sit for 18-24 hours in a warm area. Divide dough into 3 .... Wrap 2 and freeze for later dinners .... Work your dough into a circle add toppings and bake at 400 degrees for 15-25 minutes.
